Dama Handbags

San Diego’s recent Sassy City Chicks Fashion Bash had so many vendors whose booths were filled to bursting with gorgeous clothing and accessories. So it’s a testament to the extra-special editing eye of Diana Verdugo of Dama Handbags that I kept wandering back to her booth over and over again! Those beautiful Melie Biancos! That turquoise Urban Expressions perforated number that kept singing to me like a mermaid temptress!

Diana has a fabulous knack for picking the cream of the cruelty-free crop, as all of her items are vegan and eco-friendly. As we all know, there are zillions of horribly cheap-looking plastic bags out there, and as you can see from these pictures and from perusing the Dama website, they have the very best. I mean, Melie Bianco is ubiquitous in fashion magazines these days, they are truly having a moment that any bag line would envy!

I am always proud and excited to see fellow Latinas owning and operating their own businesses. Diana Verdugo is also doing a service—beautifying the planet, one handbag at a time.
